Frequently Asked Questions
Should I book coaching or osteopathy?
It can be either way. If you’re after coaching, we’ll focus on fitness/performance goals or structured online rehabilitation. If you want osteopathy via telehealth, it’s best for people who need a diagnosis or second opinion on pain/symptoms or those who can’t see me in person. Still unsure? Book a 10-minute free consultation and we’ll decide together.
What happens in an online session?
We discuss your case in detail—medical history, symptoms, fitness goals, expectations. I guide you through a movement/functional assessment, then outline clear next steps with ongoing monitoring and guidance.
Do I need equipment for the call?
“No. Bodyweight assessment is enough. What matters most is that you can take notes—have a notebook or notes app ready.”
Can you assess my training videos and track progress?
Yes. Share short clips (squats, deadlifts, running, etc.) and I’ll provide form cues and progressions. We’ll also monitor your fitness and rehab metrics over time.
Do I need to be in London?
I’m based in London, but online consultations are available worldwide. If you’d prefer in-person care and you are in London, check my book now page for face to face appointments
What about follow-ups?
Follow-ups are common and helpful—30-minute calls are ideal for progress checks, reviewing videos, and updating
