Option 2: Complex Injury Rehab & Coaching

If your injury is complex, unresolved, or limiting your training, manual therapy alone isn’t enough. What you need is a structured rehabilitation plan β€” starting with a detailed consultation, assessment, and needs analysis. Manual therapy still supports recovery, but as part of a wider process.

  • Initial assessment & needs analysis β€” exploring not just your medical history, but your lifestyle and sport-specific demands. The goal: reduce interference between activities and tune your training for gradual, progressive recovery.
  • Goal setting β€” whether it’s pain-free training, competition preparation, or long-term resilience.
  • Rehabilitation plan β€” guiding you through acute recovery, capacity-building, and return-to-sport phases.

This may be a short 5-week program or a structured 3–6 month coaching plan, delivered online or in person.

Option 3: Strength & Conditioning Support

Best for:

  • Runners, cyclists, martial artists, boxers, dancers, climbers, yoga practitioners, and more
  • Building general preparedness and reducing injury risk
  • Complementing sport training with strength, cardio, and mobility

What’s included:

  • Needs analysis and tailored strength & conditioning plan
  • Education on recovery, energy systems, and nutrition
  • Ongoing feedback and online support with video reviews
  • In London: 1-to-1 personal training in independent gyms β€” focusing on squats, deadlifts, plyometrics, mobility, and screening

Often, aches and pains come from not having a balanced strength & conditioning routine. Sports create specific adaptations, which can lead to imbalances, stiffness, and overuse injuries.

The solution: build capacity with a strength & conditioning program that complements your sport. This improves performance, reduces injury risk, and builds long-term resilience.
