Before the session: I will ask you to send photos of your workstation — including desk, chair, monitors, keyboard, mouse, and laptop — as well as short videos of you working from the side. You’ll also be asked to share an overview of your medical history (injuries, surgeries, relevant conditions) and your current lifestyle, including activity levels and fitness practice.

During the session: I provide a complete review with practical adjustments, posture strategies, and advice on how your setup directly affects your condition, pain, and daily performance.

After the session: You will receive a detailed written report with tailored recommendations for long-term improvement.

⏱ 60 Min at home Osteopathy + Ergonomic Add-On

A combined session that starts with 60 minutes of hands-on osteopathic treatment, followed by a 15–20 minute ergonomic and posture consultation. I will review your home office setup, suggest quick adjustments, and connect the dots between posture and pain. No written report included.
