No. Many effective routines can be done with bodyweight or resistance bands. Dumbbells or kettlebells can be added if available.

Which studios do you use?

I work with independent gyms across London. Studio fees are usually £10–20 per session.

Can you help with rehab?

Yes. Sessions are adapted to your needs, helping clients transition safely from rehab to gym training.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes — both at home and in-studio sessions can be shared with up to 3 people.

How much does it cost?

At-home: £85 (1 person), £105 (2 people), £125 (3 people). In-studio: £85 + gym fee (1 person), £105 + gym fee (2 people), £125 + gym fee (3 people).
