Option 1: Train at Home — Private, Flexible, Effective
Best for:
- Getting fitter, stronger, or losing weight without leaving home

Option 2: In-Studio Training — Master the Gym with Confidence
Best for:
- Learning safe technique for key lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, chin-ups
- Clients joining my Online Coaching Program who want in-person support
- Gym-goers with injuries who need safe modifications and assessments
- Small groups (2–3 people) who want to train together and share costs
What’s included:
- One-to-one or group coaching in independent studios across London
- Technique correction, progressions, and regressions for every exercise
- Assessment of painful movements with safe substitutions
- Education so you can train independently with confidence
Gym fees vary depending on location and are paid directly to the studio. Shared sessions split the gym fee between participants.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need equipment at home?
No. Many effective routines can be done with bodyweight or resistance bands. If you have dumbbells, kettlebells, or other equipment, I’ll build it into your program.
Which studios do you use?
I work with independent gyms across London that allow external personal trainers. Studio fees are usually £10–20 per session. If you know a local studio that accepts outside PTs, we may be able to use it.
Can you help with rehab?
Yes. With my osteopathy background, I often help clients who want to transition from rehab to confident gym training. Sessions are adapted to your needs.
Can I train with a friend?
Yes — both at home and in-studio sessions can be shared with up to 3 people. It’s a fun way to stay accountable and save money.
How much does it cost?
At-home: £85 (1 person), £105 (2 people), £125 (3 people). In-studio: £85 + gym fee (1 person), £105 + gym fee (2 people), £125 + gym fee (3 people).
